Method of Preparation: Ayurvedic Natural Home Remedies For Asthma, Bronchitis



In this home remedy, we will be using Onion juice rather than its raw form.

1. Take a medium sized Red Onion (Preferably organic. Other is fine too though). Grate the onion and make it into a paste.
2. Squeeze the grated onion and take out all its juice.

 

Dosage :

 

Adults: 2-3 tsp.

Kids: Reduce the above dosage to 1.5 – 2 Tsp.

Use this remedy only for 2-3 months at a stretch. If you feel the need to use it again, take a break of about 1 month and then start again.

 

Method of Consumption:

 

1. Mix In half cup of warm water in summers. If its winter, mix it in a tsp of honey instead of water.
2. Drink empty stomach in morning after 5-10 mins of waking up.
3. If you do any physical exercise in the morning, like a workout or yoga, do it after 15 mins of taking the onion juice. If you are going to workout first thing in the morning, then wait 15 mins after your workout and then take the juice.
4. After consuming the medicine, do not eat or drink anything for 30-40 mins.
