Ayurveda Planner Workbook & A Guide To Holistic Living

I have been studying Ayurveda for some time and it amazes me that how little changes in your lifestyle can make such a huge difference in your health and overall life quality. If you are aware of Ayurvedic basic concepts, you must know about the Vata, Pitta & the Kapha energies and how a balance between these three determines the mind, body and soul health of the individual.

A few months ago, I got an idea of creating a wook book style planner for people who want to adapt to the Ayurvedic way of life. I am writing this article to explain how I made this planner and how to use it if you decide to purchase it.
