Recommended Dosage

1 to 2 grams twice a day

It must be consumed about an hour after breakfast, lunch or dinner. A maximum of 6 grams per day is recommended in divided doses.  Hot water or milk should be taken with Abha Guggulu as Anupan (fluid vehicle).
